Ingredients:
π₯ 3 sheets of puff pastry (approx. 270 g, available in Polish stores)
π 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
π 50 g powdered sugar
π 1 teaspoon lemon juice
π₯ 250 ml cream 36%
π¦ 100 g mascarpone
π― 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for the cream
π« 50g dark chocolate
πΆ 100 g icing (powdered sugar + a few drops of lemon juice + a little water)
π¨βπ³ Preparation:
1οΈβ£ We bake puff pastry
βοΈ Preheat the oven to 200Β°C.
βοΈ Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
βοΈ Cover the dough with a second sheet of baking paper and place the second baking tray on top (this prevents it from rising too much).
βοΈ Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
