Pepperoni bread recipe is an easy-to-prepare recipe, super-duper quick to make, made from dry yeast, honey, flour, mozzarella, pepperoni, and other ingredients.
Storytime: Since I was a little girl, this recipe has been a family favorite of ours. Every time we had a get-together or a celebration, pepperoni bread was always present. Pepperoni bread is now a few times a month for my spouse and me! It goes well with a salad or vegetables as an appetizer or dinner.
Ingredients:
1 cup water (heated to 110°F)
2 ¼ tsp instant dry yeast
2 tsp honey
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2½-3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups shredded mozzarella
6-ounce package of pepperoni
Marinara sauce for dipping, if desired
