Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground meat
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 jar of cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (I used a blend with green beans, carrots, peas, and corn)
- 8 ounces cheddar, freshly shredded, divided
- 32-oz bag frozen potato tots
Feel free to add more or less veggies to customize this recipe to suit your family’s preferences. I use a blend with green beans, carrots, peas, and corn, but you can choose any combination of veggies you like. This casserole is excellent for incorporating various vegetables to encourage the kids to eat their five a day!
