Edible Aquarium Parfait
Ingredients (Makes 4–6 parfaits):
– 2 (3 oz) boxes blue gelatin (Berry Blue Jell-O or similar)
– 2 cups boiling water + 2 cups cold water
– Gummy fish, sharks, turtles, or ocean-themed candy
– 8–10 vanilla sandwich cookies or graham crackers (for “sand”)
– 1½ cups whipped topping or vanilla pudding (for “foam” or middle layer)
– Clear plastic cups, mason jars, or parfait glasses
– Optional: mint leaves (seaweed), candy pearls, or sprinkles
– Optional: blue candy rocks, Nerds, or sour strips (for coral)
