Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, drizzle with olive oil, and set aside.
In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken strips in the mixture.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium-high. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add ½ cup Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir until sauce is smooth and creamy.
Return chicken and spaghetti to skillet. Toss until fully coated in sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
