Homemade Mouse Repellent Spray
Rats are animals that barely atta.ck humans, and if they do, it is simply because they got into their territory. Even if it does not attack us, these mice are usually a danger because of the number of diseases they can transmit. Therefore, in this article we’ll explore how to make a homemade mouse repellent spray and other types of methods to protect yourself and your family.
The good thing about these methods is that we usually use inexpensive products that are easy to buy in any supermarket.
9 ways to remove mice at home:
1. Less cruel traps
These types of traps can be existed in any market. They are generally easy to apply, you just have to read carefully the mode of use since there are several for sale and they are different when it comes to catching these rats.
If it has no instructions and is a cage-type trap, it is best to prepare some food at the bottom of it and put it in a place where they usually live. I suggest you wear gloves to handle these traps, as mice can detect and will prefer to get food by other means.
2. Peppermint essential oil
This is applied by many people, as it leaves a very pleasant smell in the house, we love it, but mice hate this type of smell. For this method, we’re going to do the following:
- We prepare a lot of cotton and with it we make a couple of buns (the number of buns we need is the number of rooms in your house).
- In each one we have to add between 20 to 30 drops of peppermint essential oil.
- Then we put it in the rooms (especially in the kitchen and bathroom).
3. Clove essential oil
