Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
