In my family, making turtle candies has become a cherished tradition. Each year, we gather in the kitchen to create these sweet treats using pecans, caramel, and chocolate. Although it takes some effort, the rich, irresistible results make it all worthwhile.
This time, I’ve taken on the task of making the turtles myself.
Ingredients:
64 pecan halves
11 oz. of soft caramels for melting
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
