– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Tortilla chips or pretzels, for serving
