How To Make Cabbage Fritters

1. Marinate the Cabbage:

  • Shred the cabbage and mix it with 1/3 teaspoon of salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.

2. Prepare Other Ingredients:

  • While the cabbage is marinating, chop the green onion and chili peppers.

3. Mix Ingredients:

  • After 10 minutes, squeeze out any excess water from the cabbage. In a large bowl, combine the marinated cabbage, chopped green onion, chili peppers, cooked rice, black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, chili powder, beaten eggs, and cornstarch. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

4. Form Fritters:

  • Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and flatten them into patty shapes.
