How to take baking soda to lose a lot of weight

Using baking soda is the perfect method for losing weight and lightening the belly. Baking soda contains alkalizing and digestive compounds that can activate weight loss. Below we explain how to use baking soda to lose weight.
The first recipe is probably the most effective. To prepare it you need: 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 lemons, 2 glasses of water, 1 handful of strawberries and 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves.
Blend all the ingredients together until you obtain a smooth drink. Drink 2 glasses a day, between meals.
