6 medium carrots (preferably organic)
1/2 lemon (juice)
1 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon turmeric (fresh or ground)
1/2 teaspoon ginger (fresh or ground)
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for taste)
1/2 cup mineral water or filtered water
Preparation:
Prepare carrots:
Wash and peel the carrots thoroughly. Cut them into smaller pieces to make them easier to blend or juice.
To make the detox drink:
Place the chopped carrots, lemon juice, turmeric, ginger, honey (if using) and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Additional dilution:
If the drink is too thick, add mineral or filtered water to achieve the right consistency.
Drink regularly:
Drink the prepared drink 2-3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach or as part of light meals. The detox lasts 3 days, so it is important not to exceed the recommended amount.
