  • green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 6–8 slices of provolone cheese
  • Optional: cream cheese or mustard for extra flavor
