- 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
- 1 ¼ cups (300ml) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons (25g) powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
