– For the cake:
- 400 g of phyllo dough
- 150 g of butter
- 1 peach
– For the filling: - 5 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- 500 g of greek yogurt or sour cream
Directions:
1. Brush one layer of phyllo dough with some melted butter, then cover with another phyllo dough layer.
2. Fold as shown in the video and place in the cake mold.
3. Continue until the cake mold is full.
