1-2 ripe banana skins
Directions:
Get a ripe banana with a yellow peel that has a few brown spots. This shows that the skin is soft and full of nutrients.
Use the banana peel: Rub the inside of the banana peel on dry or cracked parts of your feet, like your heels and rough areas. Make sure the inside of the peel is touching your skin.
Keep the banana peel on your feet for 15-30 minutes. You can also cover your feet with plastic wrap or wear socks to keep the peel in place and let the nutrients soak in deeply.
Wash your feet with warm water and dry them gently after the treatment. Use your preferred lotion or cream on your feet to keep them moisturized.
Do this treatment every day or as often as necessary until your feet are soft and healthy.
