List of items needed:
1 banana ready to eat
1 spoon of olive oil or coconut oil
Directions:
Get the mask ready. Mash the inside of the banana peel with a fork until it becomes a paste. Add olive oil or coconut oil to improve the moisturizing effect.
Put on the mask: Put the paste made from banana peels on the rough parts of your feet. You can wrap your feet in plastic wrap or wear socks to keep the mask on.
Keep the mask on your feet for 30-60 minutes.
Wash and Remove Dead Skin: Clean your feet with warm water and softly scrub away the rough skin with a pumice stone or foot file.
Use this mask once or twice a week to keep your feet soft and smooth.
Use fresh banana peels: Always use banana peels that are fresh to get the most nutrients and best results.
Storage tip: If you have extra banana peels, you can keep them in the fridge for a day or two, but it’s better to use them right away.
Mix banana peels with honey, aloe vera, or oatmeal to make better foot treatments.
End.
