🥛 250g ricotta cheese
🧀 50g grated Parmesan cheese
🥚 1 egg (stuffing) + 1 yolk (egg wash)
🌰 1 pinch of nutmeg
🌾 8 sheets of brick pastry
🧂 1 tsp fine salt
🛢️ 1 tbsp. olive oil
🌶️ freshly ground pepper
🍳 frying oil (sunflower or peanut)
🔸 Preparation steps
1️⃣ Prepare the stuffing
😊 Sauté fresh spinach (or heat frozen spinach) for 2 minutes with a drizzle of oil, drain, and chop.
😊 In a bowl, mix the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, 1 egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
😊 Taste and adjust the seasoning.
