1 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
1/2 cup strawberry jam or strawberry sauce
1 banana, sliced
Whipped cream
Crumbled graham crackers for garnish
