1/2 teaspoon of paprika or chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro)
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for sautéing
For the Coating:
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of unsweetened plant-based milk (such as almond, soy, or oat)
