1 fresh cucumber
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 small red onion
200 g of cooked chicken or smoked tofu (optional)
150 g feta cheese or mozzarella balls
2 handfuls of arugula or mixed salad
1/2 cup of canned corn
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Sauce: sale and sale:
3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic, pressed with a press
1 teaspoon of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
