Baked Bacon Stuffed Cheese Bombs

Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Dough

  • Open Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  • Flatten: Flatten each biscuit into a round about 1/4 inch thick. This will make it easier to stuff them.

Step 3: Stuff the Cheese Bombs

  • Add Filling: Place a cube of cheddar cheese and a bit of crumbled bacon in the center of each round of dough.
  • Seal: Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it well. This will keep the cheese and bacon inside as it bakes.

Step 4: Prepare for Baking

  • Arrange: Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush with Butter: Brush each ball with melted butter.
  • Season: Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley on top for added flavor. You can also add more crumbled bacon on top if desired.
