๐Ÿฅ 3 sheets of puff pastry (approx. 270 g, available in Polish stores)
๐Ÿ“ 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
๐Ÿš 50 g powdered sugar
๐Ÿ‹ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
๐Ÿฅ› 250 ml cream 36%
๐Ÿฆ 100 g mascarpone
๐Ÿฏ 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for the cream
๐Ÿซ 50g dark chocolate
๐Ÿถ 100 g icing (powdered sugar + a few drops of lemon juice + a little water)
๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Preparation:
1๏ธโƒฃ We bake puff pastry
โœ”๏ธ Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC.
โœ”๏ธ Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
โœ”๏ธ Cover the dough with a second sheet of baking paper and place the second baking tray on top (this prevents it from rising too much).
โœ”๏ธ Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
