Hey friends! I have an unbelievably delicious recipe to share with you today – CINNAMON ROLL CASSEROLE!
This recipe speaks to my heart because I love cinnamon rolls and apple pie, and when the two combine, it’s a match made in dessert heaven!
I’ve made this for guests, potlucks, and family gatherings, and everyone always asks for the recipe! So, here it is:
Ingredients:
2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (8 count in each)
2 cups of apple pie filling, diced into smaller chunks
½ Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
5 Tbsp. melted butter
⅓ cup of brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup of pecans
Garnish:
Icing from cinnamon rolls
Maple syrup (if desired)
