1/2 CUP FRESH RASPBERRIES (LIGHTLY FLOURED TO PREVENT SINKING)
FOR THE LEMON BUTTERCREAM:
1 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)
4 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
2-3 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1 TBSP LEMON ZEST
1-2 TBSP HEAVY CREAM (OPTIONAL FOR SMOOTHNESS)
PINCH OF SALT
