1. Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine 320 grams wheat flour, 160 grams corn starch, and a pinch of salt.
- Add 220 grams melted butter, 2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt, 1 egg yolk, and 2 tablespoons milk.
- Mix well until a dough forms. Let the dough cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the Filling:
- Chop 200 grams walnuts and mix them with 150 grams raisins.
3. Assemble the Pastries:
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (356Β°F).
- Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a small circle, about 10 cm in diameter.
- Place a small amount of the walnut and raisin mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a sealed pastry.
4. Bake:
- Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Prepare the Syrup:
- Mix honey with warm water to create a syrup.
6. Finish and Serve:
- Once the pastries are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Drizzle the honey syrup over the warm pastries.
- Serve and enjoy!
