🧅 1 small onion
🥥 100 ml coconut milk
🌿 1 teaspoon curry powder
🧂 Salt, to taste
🌱 Parsley, to garnish
Preparation:
Prepare the ingredients: peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the chicken cutlets into strips or small cubes.
